The Wednesday Lunchtime Poll #1
In the tradition of one of the greatest movies ever to grace the silver screen, The Egotist is starting the weekly Lunchtime Poll. Every Wednesday around noon (ish), we will pose a different, mind bending question designed to inspire great thinking and open minds to the of…Who the hell are we kidding? There’s no grand design to this. We just thought it would be fun to peek into the lives and the gray matter of our fellow ad geeks. Just try not to drip horsey sauce on your keyboard, the IT guys hate that.
This Week’s Question:
What is your favorite place in town to concept? (Alcoholic and non)

What I like to do is go to the Denver Zoo. I get a lion, stick a remote control bomb up its butt, push the button on the bomb, and the lion and I die like one.

I like to casually walk past Whittier at Ink on Sunday and grab some of his leftover ideas, and a piece of his scone.

Alcoholic: I head to Proto’s pizza. Mostly out of convenience, but their fresh sangria is delightful, their beer reasonably priced, and they have A/C, something my office cannot seem to install.

I head up to the third and fourth floors of the DAM. I usually end up in front of the Motherwell.

Treadmill at the gym – I need a task that I can just zone out/go to auto pilot so other parts of my brain can be free to discover solutions.

My kitchen table, with my special recipe coffee on the right, my cat trying to sit on my sketchbook in front of me, research and notes on the left(ish), and my border collie laying on the floor looking bored. (this combo works best after an extended visit to the bookstore, museum, or open space).
