    I’ve got 2:

I watch how Honest Bros. is building their business and it’s very inspirational.

Hero Design Studio is a bunch of nice guys who are doing it right.

Here are a few off-the-beaten path agencies that I find inspiring:

Moxie Sozo (they recently had an awesome feature about being “different” in HOW Magazine’s business annual)

Legwork – awesome work and a unique business approach (check out the about section on their website)

cypher13 – bridging the gap between art and design.

    I’m always diggin’ the

I’m always diggin’ the creative work that’s coming out of Hero.

And I’m always lovin’ the simple, clean typography from Reed-Hill.

Moxie is usually a solid performer like Andrew said..

Moxie Sozo by a mile. I have

Moxie Sozo by a mile. I have no idea if they are nice people, but their work is brilliant. I live in Boulder and a friend pointed out their offices to me one night. Ever since, it’s hard for me to walk past the building without wondering what alchemy is happening inside. The lights are always on and they have a reputation for hiring a select few. Moxie is one of those firms that everyone should keep their eye on. After all, agencies like CP+B were small once too.

Honorable mention: Cypher 13. They may be a little too trendy for my taste, but Todd Berger is a solid guy.

Ok, so I have to throw my hat

Ok, so I have to throw my hat in, a little self serving for sure. But finally am coming out from under my rock where we have been for 7 years. A new site, a new high-end staff and some great stuff like worldcommute.com, recordingmag.com, ecoproducts.com and new ellie’s eco home store brand. (no not their web site) not to mention the new campaign for cateye. We are in fact the closest competitor to CP&B. ( ok at least in distance)

to be frank charlie, the site is a little wordy. Let the work do the talking.

    No offense Charlie… but

No offense Charlie… but there’s a lot of work on your site that could easily be taken off and allow the better work more room to shine. But it’s always nice to see another competitor in the market.

Thanks for the feedback….I think with the new site, I got carried away. It was the first site where I finally got to present my 7 years of work….Looked at all the clients that I still work with and then as I started to throw some out, I actually felt bad about not using them. Even got an email from one already that I did leave off….but the content I agree, we already are underway in removing things. Thanks again. Check back in a few weeks and let me know if it is better,,,,,,

wow Charlie…that was pretty shameless. It kind of makes you look like a dildo. The topic of this poll is “who inspires you right now?”. Are you saying we should all be inspired by you?
