Heinrich is seeking a highly-motivated and energetic Digital Project Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills to support the agency’s digital service offerings. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment then this might be the right opportunity for you.

The Role:

As a Digital Project Manager at Heinrich you’ll help translate client needs into digital solutions. You’ll be responsible for owning digital projects from concept to deployment including: websites, email marketing, digital advertising creative, social media, and other new media.

At Heinrich, DPMs are more than just project coordinators. They work closely with Account teams and clients to understand organization goals, define solutions, and ensure the overall quality of a project.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

● Collaborate with Senior Digital Strategist and VP of Digital Marketing to support our client’s digital needs
● Own overall digital project management: help to establish digital project scope; monitor project progress; track action items; conduct design and implementation reviews; examine, research and resolve issues; coordinate requirements, determine resource availability, manage/track project finances and budgeting
● Coordinate and facilitate discussions, meetings and project plans across client and agency teams. This includes helping to refine processes as needed to communicate with clients and disseminate across the agency
● Digital analysis across web, social, email, and data to set goals, measure success, analyze and report results

Candidate Requirements:

● A bachelor’s degree and background in digital project management, digital account management and/or digital marketing with 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end web and interactive projects
● Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
● A strong understanding of web design best practices and interactive performance measures including various platforms, browsers and languages
● A common sense, UX-based approach to digital solutions development
● Familiarity with ESPs and/or marketing automation tools is preferred
● A strong understanding of and experience with SEO and SEM is also preferred
